Which Land Rover models do you supply parts for?
We handle enquiries for the Land Rovers sold in South Africa, from the classic Defender, Discovery 2 and Freelander 1 through to the Discovery 3, 4 and 5, Discovery Sport, Freelander 2, every Range Rover and Range Rover Sport generation since the L322 and L320, both Evoques, the Velar and the current L663 Defender.
What do I need to send for a quote?
The part you need, your model and model year, and ideally the VIN and engine number from your licence document. Land Rover changed parts during production runs and many models were sold with several unrelated engines, so the VIN lets the SparesBoyz parts team confirm fitment before anything is quoted. A photo of the old part helps too.
Do you sell new or used Land Rover parts?
SparesBoyz deals in both new and used parts. What is available for a particular part changes all the time, so the team checks it against your vehicle when you enquire rather than listing stock online.
Can you send parts outside KwaZulu-Natal?
Yes. Parts are couriered nationwide from Durban North. The courier cost depends on the size and weight of the part and the delivery address, so ask for it when you request your quote.
Is my repair covered by a recall?
Some newer Land Rovers, including selected L663 Defenders, Discovery 5s, Range Rovers, Range Rover Sports and Velars, are covered by recalls published through the National Consumer Commission. Recall work is done free at Land Rover dealers, so check your VIN with a dealer before paying for a part that could be recall work.
